I've seen this with myself too. I had a massive transformation done from 80kgs to 58 kgs of a drop. I was living my all-time life possible, with compliments all over the place. But in 2 years of span, my thyroid went haywire again, and things went wrong, I put on 15kgs back again. And the response from people was rather very hateful "omg how did you practice huge" "hit the gym again" and a lot of more body shaming in full general. A lot of people demand to sympathise that your body isn't going to be the same through out your life. It's going to change and it'south going to be difficult too. Losing and gaining weight is a office of life'southward cycle. It'due south not ever possible to maintain a fit life, sometimes nosotros all take a pace back. So aye, I totally understand how 1 feels like to have put on a a lot of weight particularly when ane is tackling diseases!
